Some suggest that Denuvo is at fault, some say a recent Win10 update is causing the issue, but nobody really knows. I've investigated as much as I could and there are people reporting similar issues, but there's no one definite cause found as of yet. However, recently, even though the in-game FPS counter is reporting that it's still 60 FPS with no issues, the game stutters horribly constantly, making it look extremely ugly to play.
